Lexus will offer the 2026 Lexus ES as both a hybrid and a battery-electric sedan with surprising price parity—base ES models hover around $50,000, with the single-motor ES 350e starting at $48,795 and the ES 350h about $2,200 more.
Both Lexus ES versions share a 116.1-inch wheelbase but differ in weight (hybrid 4,012 lb vs EV 4,640 lb); the ES 350e uses a 74.7-kWh battery for a 307-mile range while the dual-motor ES 500e is rated at 292 miles. The EVs use NACS with a J1772-CCS adapter but are limited to 150-kW DC charging (about 10–80% in 28 minutes), and the hybrid is a non-plug 2.5-liter I-4 Camry-based system offered in FWD or AWD with a small under-seat battery.
