Philadelphia International Airport set a Guinness World Record on March 24 by arranging 1,291 Philly cheesesteaks in a continuous line between Terminals B and C.

After Guinness certified the attempt, volunteers at Philadelphia International Airport handed the sandwiches to travelers, airport workers and Transportation Security Administration staff. Philadelphia International Airport said multiple concessionaires from PHL Food & Shops worked with the City of Philadelphia Department of Aviation for months to prepare the display.
