Adrian Aceves posted a TikTok walkthrough showing the teardown and confirming the dealership’s diagnosis of a head gasket leak between cylinders two and three; the video has been viewed over 22,000 times.
Aceves said he completed the time-consuming but straightforward job in a day, used some aftermarket parts including ARP head studs, and reported a total bill of about $3,800 without needing a machine shop.
