CarVilla of Kennesaw Accused of Blocking Financing and Leaving Buyer Paying for Traded Truck

Justin Floyd, a creator with more than 880,000 followers, says CarVilla of Kennesaw kept him waiting nearly a month after he drove off the lot, ghosted his calls, blocked his bank refinancing, reinserted a $4,000 warranty into the deal, and never paid off his trade-in, leaving him paying for a truck he no longer owned.

He posted an eight-minute, 55-second TikTok that has about 180,000 views; he drove three hours to CarVilla, accepted dealer financing near 10% despite a 6.5% bank preapproval, and planned to refinance.

He says CarVilla kept him on the lot for four hours during the sale, later stopped responding about items left in his trade-in and a buyout document, and told him the deal "hadn't gone through" while insisting he finance through the dealer first.

The video names CarVilla of Kennesaw and has prompted viewers to share their own dealer complaints.
