Toronto Auto Brokers Finds Scratch on Lincoln Moments Before Customer Pickup

Toronto Auto Brokers co-owner Avi discovered a fresh scratch on a Lincoln reserved for a customer just before delivery and documented the incident in a TikTok video. The clip shows the buyer waiting in the office as staff alerted Avi to the damage.

In the video, a dealership employee says they had just noticed the blemish and Tito, the detail worker, confirms he prepped the car the previous day and did not see the mark. Tito also suggests whoever attempted to cover the scratch did a poor job hiding it.

Avi told staff the scratch must be repaired and said he would investigate who moved the car and caused the damage. He then handed the vehicle to the customer, who the video shows was understanding, and said he would work out a deal with them.

On a follow-up TikTok comment, Avi said he is investigating the origin of the scratch and as of this writing no culprit has been identified. The clip was posted by Toronto Auto Brokers and prompted viewer questions about repair responsibility.
