WSK Euro Series Karting Hits Lonato as Viterbo Winners Hold Early Leads

WSK Promotion's WSK Euro Series holds its second round at Lonato's South Garda Karting this weekend, following the opening round at the Leopard Circuit in Viterbo in February.

About 300 drivers across MINI Under 10, MINI Gr.3, OK-N Junior, OKJunior, OK-N, OK and KZ2 are competing, with track action streamed on YouTube and Motorsport.com. Standings from Viterbo point to early favorites, though new protagonists could still break into the title fight before the July finale at Cremona.

Dutch driver Dion Van Werven won the KZ2 final in Viterbo and leads the KZ2 standings, while Indonesian driver Qarrar Firhand tops the OK standings; Italian driver Lamberto Ferrari leads OK-N and Michele Orlando won the OKJunior final though Slovakian Alex Molota leads the OKJ standings after penalties. The WSK Euro Series round at Lonato concludes today.
