Bentley will introduce a smaller electrified "urban SUV," and Mike Rocco, CEO of Bentley North America, said the model will be positioned as the "next Bentley" rather than promoted primarily as a battery-electric vehicle after public clinics showed strong interest.
Mike Rocco said the company ran clinics in Miami and Los Angeles where eight of ten participants indicated they would buy the vehicle; he added the SUV's purpose is to be a Bentley that happens to be electrified, not defined by BEV marketing.
Bentley described the model as an "urban SUV" that will be smaller and a bit boxier than current Bentleys while retaining similar interior space; the company has not released photos or full specifications.
