Chevrolet will return the Corvette Grand Sport for 2027, placing the Corvette Grand Sport between the Stingray and Z06 and introducing a new 6.7-liter LS6 V-8 that produces 535 hp and 520 lb-ft.
The Grand Sport is rear-wheel drive with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission while a Grand Sport X adds a hybrid all-wheel-drive system; Chevy says the Flint-built LS6 uses a 13.0:1 compression ratio and larger intake hardware. Standard kit includes Magnetic Ride Control, Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires and low-dust brakes, with Z52 and Track Performance packages adding stickier tires, upgraded J56 or J57 brakes and carbon-fiber aerodynamic pieces.
