Corey Lajoie has joined Kaulig Racing and RAM to drive the No. 10 entry in the Craftsman Truck Series.
Lajoie said he accepted after a call from team president Chris Rice and described the offer as "a pretty quick yes," adding he enjoys being "in the trenches" on setup and development work. Corey Lajoie cited prior experience helping build Spire's program as relevant to the new role.
The RAM and Kaulig project is only four races old and does not yet have an operational simulator; Pratt Miller is developing simulation tools that will take time. Lajoie also said he misses working toward a competitive goal while balancing setbacks in his carbon-fiber short-track seat business.
