The caller said other dealerships had provided short-term loaners in exchange for appearances. The Ed Voyles Kia employee said the store typically requires formal agreements and instead discussed leasing or purchasing options.
The exchange, which had more than 16,300 views at the time of publication, highlights risks dealerships face when loaning high-value vehicles like a roughly $60,000 Telluride X‑Pro, including approvals, insurance and liability concerns.
