Ford confirmed the 2026 Mustang Dark Horse SC produces 795 horsepower and 660 pound-feet of torque from a supercharged 5.2‑liter V8, and the model is available to order at a starting price of $105,485 with deliveries beginning in summer.
The Dark Horse SC Track Pack includes Brembo carbon‑ceramic brakes, 20‑inch carbon‑fiber wheels, Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R tires and a deleted rear seat, reducing weight by about 150 pounds compared with the standard Dark Horse. Ford said the SC also features a new aluminum hood with a prominent carbon‑fiber vent that generates 2.5 times the downforce of the standard Dark Horse when the rain tray is removed.
Ford says the Dark Horse SC delivers 35 more horsepower and torque than the now‑discontinued GT500 and sits below the 815‑horsepower GTD in the Mustang lineup. Ford describes both the Dark Horse and the Dark Horse SC as track‑focused Mustangs.
