Out of nearly 5,000 Honda Passports sold in March, over 80 percent were the TrailSport trim.
The Passport TrailSport features 31-inch tires, steel skid plates, heavy-duty tow hooks and 8.3 inches of ground clearance. Despite TrailSport's popularity, Passport sales fell 10.4 percent in March but rose 20.1 percent for the first three months of 2026, with Honda reporting 14,045 Passports sold year-to-date.
Honda's CR-V remained the brand's best-seller with nearly 100,000 units through March, while the Civic and Accord had mixed results—Civic sales fell 3.8 percent to about 57,600 units and Accord sales rose 21.9 percent to 37,317 units. Honda's overall first-quarter sales declined 5.1 percent to 304,478 vehicles, with the Prologue, HR-V and Odyssey showing notable declines.
