Derrick Nguyen, a service technician at Mercedes‑Benz of Collierville, was arrested after allegedly taking customer Kimberly Porter’s C300 without permission.
Kimberly Porter tracked the car after receiving usage alerts, located it at a bar and called police, who reportedly found Nguyen's identification inside the vehicle and arrested him after a service manager disputed his claim of permission.
