Rockingham to Host Truck, O’Reilly and ARCA East Races on Easter Weekend 2026

Rockingham Speedway will host NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series races on Easter weekend 2026, joined by the ARCA Menards East Series, as the 2026 NASCAR Cup schedule includes just two off‑weekends.

The historic Rockingham Speedway, which returned to lower‑national competition in 2025 after years of dormancy and ownership changes, will again stage races with strong entry lists; NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series driver Sammy Smith and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series driver Tyler Ankrum won at the track last year. There are 38 Trucks for 36 starting spots and 38 O'Reilly entries after AM Racing withdrew the No.25 truck of driver Nick Sanchez, while 24 ARCA East cars are entered.

YouTuber Garrett Mitchell, known as Cleetus McFarland, will make his NASCAR O'Reilly Series debut in the No.33 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet and will also contest the ARCA East race alongside driver George Siciliano, known as Squirrel McNut.

Full‑time Cup drivers Carson Hocevar (No.77, Spire Motorsports) and Ty Dillon (No.25, Kaulig Racing) will race in the Truck event, driver Corey LaJoie will take over the No.10 after Daniel Dye's suspension, and 2025 Truck Series champion Corey Heim returns with TRICON.
