Wayne Taylor Racing's No. 10 Cadillac V-Series R, driven by drivers Ricky Taylor, Will Stevens and Filipe Albuquerque, was disqualified and relegated to the back of the GTP class after post-race inspection found excessive camber.
The No. 10's initial podium, a recovery after its DNF at the Rolex 24, was voided and the No. 31 Cadillac Whelen driven by drivers Jack Aitken, Earl Bamber and Frederik Vesti was elevated.
Wayne Taylor Racing's Nos. 10 and 40 moved into the top five late in the race after running further back earlier, while the No. 40 was passed by the No. 60 Acura, No. 24 BMW and No. 93 Acura.
Driver Riccardo Pera's No. 912 Porsche 911 GT3 R was moved to the back of its class after Pera did not complete minimum driving time following an early retirement, and his spin brought out the final caution.
