Jessica Battle, a creator in Virginia, posted a TikTok saying her scheduled 8 a.m. appointment at Discount Tire encountered a long line but staff pulled her out and fitted four replacement tires after she had ordered the wrong ones.
She arrived just after 8 a.m. to find about a dozen people inside and completed a digital check-in after receiving a text. Staff called Jessica and began her paperwork immediately, moving her ahead of the queue.
Battle said Discount Tire had compatible replacements in stock and the tire swap proceeded without issues despite her incorrect online order. She had planned to wait with a laptop, phone, coffee and water. The TikTok post by Jessica Battle has more than 2,300 views and notes she sought the new tires ahead of a state inspection. Discount Tire handled the exchange on site.
