The Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola will open the 2026 World Endurance Championship on 17-19 April after the Qatar 1812km was moved later in the year because of the Iran War.
Ferrari is the favourite for victory at its home race after a dominant 2025 campaign in which the manufacturer won both WEC titles and the Le Mans 24 Hours. The 2025 Imola 6 Hours was won by the #51 Ferrari 499P drivers Alessandro Pier Guidi, Antonio Giovinazzi and James Calado.
The WEC has struck broadcast deals across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, Oceania and South America and has launched a rebranded streaming service, FIAWEC+. A single-race FIAWEC+ pass for Imola costs €9.99 while a full-season pass for all eight rounds is €49.99.
Session timings published by the WEC show practice and qualifying across April 17-18 and the six-hour Imola race scheduled for April 19.
