Volkswagen's 2026 ID.3, rebranded as the ID.3 Neo, replaces touch sliders and capacitive keys with physical buttons and a larger 10.25-inch driver display.
The ID.3 Neo fits a row of physical climate buttons under the center vents, restores steering-wheel buttons, and brings four dedicated window switches plus separate lock and unlock buttons on the driver door. Volkswagen also installed a multifunction rotary knob between the seats and added a lower storage shelf beneath the center console.
Volkswagen enlarged the instrument cluster to 10.25 inches and applied retro-style graphics that include an analog-style speedometer and a rev-counter-style gauge repurposed to show energy output and recuperation for the electric powertrain.
